Over the last 15 years, the Canadian Sunshine Kids Foundation has been a dedicated supporter of the IWK’s hematology/oncology/nephrology inpatient unit, contributing $145,000. Most recently they made a very generous donation of $25,000 in 2022.
This incredible organization was incorporated in 2004 with a mission to support children diagnosed with cancer in Canada. They have found inspiration from the following quote: "Those who bring sunshine to the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves." – J.M. Barrie.
